요약
외상에 의하여 치근의 손상이 없이 완전탈구된 치아는 재식술로 치료할 수도 있다. 이에
따른 속발증으로는 치수괴사, 치근흡수, 유착 등을 들 수있다. 본 보고에서는 이에 대한 증
례보고와 재식술 후의 속발증의 발생빈도, 병리적인 변화, 그리고 성공을 위한 영향인자 등
을 고찰하여 보기로 하였다. 탈구는 전체 와상의 0.5-13% 재식술시의 치근흡수는 74-96%에
서 발생한다. 재식술을 실시한 경우의 별리적인 변화로는 치수괴사, 치근흡수, 유착등이 있
는데 이들 속발증이 발생한 경우에는 근관치료를 실시하며 인접치아를 이용하여 고정한다.
예후에 관여하는 인자로는 탈구후의 경과시간, 탈구치아의 보관용액, 치근막의 존재여부 등
이 있으며 예후를 좋게 하기 위해서는 탈구후의 경과시간이 짧아야 하며 치주막 인대의 보
존, 탈구치아의 적절한 보관, 근관치료의 적절한 실시 등이 요구된다.

Replantation procedure is used for treatment of complete avulsed teeth due to
traumatic injuries. The major complications are pulp necrosis, ankylosis and root
resorption. The purpose of this report is studying about the occurance of root resorption
after replantation, pathologic change and factors influencing to clinical success. The
frequency of complete avulsion varies from 0.5 to 13 percent of traumatic injuries and
the frequency of root resorption varies from 74 to 96 percent of all replantation cases. In
the case of occurance of root resorption after replantation, it is necessary to perform of
endodontic treatment and immobilize of traumatized teeth. The factors influencing to
progrlosis are the extra-oral period, storage medium, survival of periodontium. For good
prognosis, the following conditions should be considered before replanting avulsed teet ;
short extra-oral period, proper storage of avulsed teeth, proper endodntic treatment,
preservation at periodontium.
